Eve Bishop received her BA in Biology from Cornell University, where she studied nutrition and physical activity interventions in medically underserved communities. She joined Dr. Mozaffarian’s group as a junior research fellow in 2015, and is currently assisting on meta-analyses designed to evaluate the effectiveness of workplace and mass media health interventions.

Gitanjali Singh, MPH, PhD, is an assistant professor at the Friedman School of Nutrition Science & Policy at Tufts University. Her research focuses on quantifying the relationships between diet and cardiometabolic disease in the context of the global nutrition transition, and on understanding how this transition contributes to health disparities worldwide. Dr.
José has been trained as an epidemiologist at the University of Helsinki School of Medicine (Finland) and the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health (Baltimore, MD). In 2008 he joined the Spanish National Center for Cardiovascular Research (Madrid, Spain) to work on the assembly and data analysis of two large cohorts aimed at identifying lifestyle-related determinants of subclinical atherosclerosis, as well as on the evaluation of community-based interventions on behavior modification.
