Multiple economic, social, political, and cultural factors shape the food that people access and consume. Our unparalleled breadth and diversity of expertise in nutritional science, agriculture, population health, economics, food policy, public health, and healthcare informs our multi- and inter-disciplinary research to understand those drivers, and how food and nutrition policies and programs at all levels affect nutrition and health outcomes. We also use those insights to test, disseminate, and scale evidence-based strategies that enable all people to live their healthiest lives with proper nutrition.
