Dr. Edward Saltzman is the Academic Dean at the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy, and an Associate Professor at the School of Medicine. Dr. Saltzman's research focuses on obesity and body weight regulation in humans. He received his MD from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry.
