The study aims to assess the effectiveness and sustainability of CLTS intervention in Yobe state through documentation of challenges, achievements and good practices Ongoing advanced University Degree (Master's degree or equivalent) related to WASH, public health or social-science work related to international assistance required.  The student will be primarily responsible for: organizing and facilitating the collection of primary & secondary data through interviews and focus group discussions with individuals and stakeholders in the selected sites, compiling a detailed report on achievements, existing good practices, limitations and possible remedies of CLTS activities, and designing learning review tools with inputs from WASH teams.
