The Friedman School is committed to helping our graduates leverage their outstanding education for impactful and successful careers. This year, we are delighted to announce the establishment of the Ellie Block and Family Career Services Center at the Friedman School. This new center is made possible through the generosity of long-time Advisor and immediate past Board Chair Ellen Block Tufts-BSOT66, the Ellen & Ronald Block Family Foundation, and the Hassenfeld Family Foundation.
Through this extraordinary support, current and future Friedman School students will benefit from one of the most innovative graduate career services programs in the country. Engaging the School’s extensive network of alumni in addition to our many volunteer leaders representing foundations, leaders in the food industry, non-profit organizations, governmental, the media, and non-governmental agencies is just one the many new initiatives of the new center. We are excited about opening new doors to internship and job opportunities as well as ways to enhance student skills for career success.
For easy access to the Center for students and visitors, the Ellie Block and Family Career Services Center will be located on the first floor of Jaharis. Stay tuned for more information on the new center, including about new staff and activities to help our incredible students acquire the knowledge, skills, networks, and opportunities they need for professional success.
