Objectives: This seminar will help participants learn specific strategies for setting priorities and realistic expectations, offer suggestions for being more effective in their lives, and provide tips to eliminate the guilt and unnecessary pressures one puts on oneself to experience success.
Outcome: Participants will become familiar with key signs of imbalance including fatigue, burnout, and dissatisfaction. Participants will understand the importance of embracing flexibility and the necessity of prioritizing self-care. Participants will have the opportunity to commit to a life more aligned with their core values.
