The Impact of Trust, Information, and Nudging on Consumer Preferences for Cultivated and Blended Meat
This research explores how trust levels influence preferences for cultivated and blended meat. It investigates the impact of nudging techniques on consumer choices and estimates willingness to pay for both meat types. By exploring individual responses to different nudging messages, the study aims to identify trusted sources of information when making food purchasing decisions. The findings provide insights into consumer demand for these innovative foods and supports sustainable, healthy choices.

How AI Can Accelerate Development of sustainable cell-cultivated (Lab-Grown) Meat
The global demand for more sustainable and ethical food choices has never been more pressing. As we look into novel food sources, cell-cultivated (lab-grown) meat stands out. Yet, perfecting this technology still poses challenges. In this talk, we'll delve into how artificial intelligence (AI) might accelerate the advancement of cell-cultivated meat. This has the power to transform cell-cultivated meat into a sustainable choice for upcoming generations, enhancing our food systems for the better.
