Beyond running a thriving integrative nutrition practice for 20+ years working with top entertainment and national leaders, Koff is the founder of The Better Nutrition Program, a company dedicated to providing personalized nutrition tools and programs for practitioners and businesses.
She’s a highly sought after strategic nutrition consultant for companies like Procter & Gamble, Manitoba Harvest, Califia Farms, Nature’s Path, Westin Hotels, SmartyPants. She’s currently an advisor for Victress Capital, the Partnership for a Healthier America and Tufts University Friedman School of Nutrition’s Entrepreneurship Program and a partner at BeyondBrands, and she was appointed the California state representative for the Let’s Move campaign.
Koff’s the author of two consumer publications and a contributor to three practitioner publications, andwas also the on-air dietitian for 3 reality TV shows as well as a regular contributor for national and local media outlets.

Dr. Myles Spar
Myles Spar, MD, MPH is a leading authority in Integrative Men’s Health as an author, teacher, researcher, TED talk speaker, contributor to Men’s Journal and the L.A. Times, expert on Dr. Oz and The Doctors TV shows and a faculty member of University of Arizona. Dr. Spar is board-certified in Internal Medicine, having graduated from the University of Michigan Medical School. He completed fellowships in Health Services Research at UCLA (where he earned a masters in public health) and in Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona. Dr. Spar’s focus has always been about empowering men to achieve their goals through greater health. The men’s performance company where Dr. Spar oversees all clinical programs as National Medical Director and Chief Medical Advisor is called Vault Health. Dr Spar is the author of Optimal Men’s Health: Your guide to being healthy in order to win! published by Oxford University Press, having co-edited the Integrative Men’s Health volume for the same publisher. He has served as a consultant to the NBA and many top-performers and was the recipient of the Bravewell Award for Leadership in Integrative Medicine in 2013. After graduating from Tufts University, Dr. Spar attended the University of Michigan Medical School and worked as a humanitarian for Medecins Frontieres/Doctors without Borders, which triggered his appreciation for the role of health in each person’s ability to achieve their goals.
Ayla Barmmer, MS, RDN, LDN
For over 15 years, Ayla Barmmer, MS, RDN, LDN, has been advancing the health and empowerment of thousands of clients, patients, peers, and mentees, at the intersection of nutritional science, functional medicine, and evidence-based holistic solutions. Ayla owns and operates Boston Functional Nutrition, an integrative and functional nutrition multi-clinician practice, that specializes in women's health and infertility. She is also the founder of FullWell, a fertility wellness brand, widely endorsed by a diversity of health practitioners for its quality and education. Ayla founded the Women's Health Nutrition Practice Group in 2017 where she serves as a preceptor, mentor, and educator, and co-founded the Women's Health Nutrition Academy in 2018, a leader in its field.
Amanda Archibald, RD, Founder, Principle - The Genomic Kitchen
Amanda is a widely recognized leader in translational genomics, connecting genomic science to everyday health. A global pioneer in genomic nutrition, she is also an author, educator, consultant, and public health advocate. She founded The Genomic Kitchen (TGK) in 2017, showcasing the relationship between genes, food and health. Dedicated to making nutritional genomics more widely understood and available to both clinicians and consumers, her work also includes institutional and corporate consulting for a variety of international innovators, including Sodexo (based in France) and Hawkins Watts of New Zealand.
Amanda was the originator of Field To Plate, a nutrition education through experience program. She is most recently a co-founder, with Kate Waters, of GENE-ius In Your Kitchen (Spring 2022), a first of its kind cooking course that teaches and translates nutrigenomic science and the art of cooking for your genes. Amanda is a native of the UK and currently resides in the western high desert and mountains of Colorado.
Dr. Lara Zakaria, PharmD, MS, CNS, IFMCP
Dr Lara Zakaria is a Pharmacist, Nutritionist, and adjunct professor specializing in Functional Medicine and Personalized nutrition. After spending 10 years in pharmacy community practice, she was noticing that her patients were all getting worse, not better. Realizing that pharmaceutical-based guidelines she was trained in were intended to only manage chronic disease not prevent progression. That led her to FxMed and the power of nutrition. Dr Zakaria is passionate about gut health and the prevention and reversal of metabolic, kidney, and autoimmune disease. She splits her time between clinical practice, teaching, and mentorship in service of expanding awareness and access to FxMed and Personalized Nutrition.
