Are you planning to attend the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Food & Nutrition Conference & Expo (FNCE) this October? Then don’t miss this exclusive National Dairy Council sponsored farm-to-table event on Saturday, October 26 from 7:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. A select group of dietitians will be visiting the Ar-Joy Dairy Farm in Cochranville, PA where farmer Marilyn Hershey will share how she cares for her animals and the environment. From there, Keri Glassman, RD will lead us through a delicious, seasonal meal featuring the bounty of Pennsylvania’s fruits, vegetables and dairy foods. (See below for more information).
