What you can support

Gifts to support financial aid can take many forms—from funding a term scholarship to supporting stipends for our doctoral students. No matter how you choose to give, your generosity enables talented students to receive an innovative nutrition education that empowers them to transform their lives and the lives of others.

Term Scholarships—Term scholarships typically provide support annually to a single doctoral student for up to five years.

Endowed Scholarships—When you establish an endowed scholarship, you become the direct link between exceptional students and a world-class Friedman School education. With an endowed scholarship, you create an enduring legacy that supports students to succeed in perpetuity.

Endowed Doctoral Stipends—Donors can choose to support stipends for outstanding doctoral students whose research is bringing innovations and new knowledge to the nutrition field.

Endowed Student Award—Awarded annually and in perpetuity, endowed awards provide an opportunity for impact dedicated to a priority that’s important to both the donor and the Friedman School community

Internships—Donors can create an internship fund to provide an experiential learning opportunity to students, allowing them to explore careers and network with leaders in the nutrition realm.
