New for 2025
Since our founding at Tufts University in 1978, our programs have always evolved to train leaders in food and nutrition who can meet the challenges of a rapidly changing world. Starting in 2025, we are making our degree programs more accessible -- wider online offerings, more flexibility, and greater options for specialization -- all while maintaining the expertise, rigor, and broad curriculum that has made the Friedman School best-in-class for over forty years.
We are keeping that rich history of research and education while increasing opportunities to become part of the Friedman School community. From the microbiome to planetary health, our wide range of expertise will continue to be at the forefront of food and nutrition science and policy.
