Biography

Dr. Stefania Lamon-Fava is Scientist I on the Cardiovascular Nutrition Team at the HNRCA and Chair and Associate Professor in the Biochemical and Molecular Nutrition program at the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy. Dr. Lamon-Fava researches the molecular mechanisms by which nutrients regulate gene expression and metabolism, with emphasis on inflammation and lipid metabolism.
