Biography 

Kimberly Dong’s research focuses on healthcare access, food insecurity, and dietary quality as determinants of health, particularly with people with HIV and individuals involved with the criminal legal system. Current projects explore health disparities, healthcare access, and causes and consequences of food insecurity in adults on probation; evaluating the transition of healthcare for people with HIV from jail to the community; and understanding willingness to take PrEP for HIV prevention among adults incarcerated in jail.
