Course Description

The course is an exploration of international trade policy related to food and agriculture. We will review trade theory, trade policy, and value chains. Students will develop policy briefs on topics of interest. 

Please note NUTR 0326 will meet Wednesday, September 5, in Jaharis 155 (10:30 AM-12:00 PM). Going forward, NUTR 0326 will meet in Jaharis 155 for all of the class sessions on Wednesday except: October 10 when NUTR 0326 will meet in Dental 738, and on December 5 when NUTR 0326 will meet in Sackler 221. 
 
Also, for all Monday class sessions (10:30 AM-12:00 PM), NUTR 0326 will meet in Dental 773 (One Kneeland Street). NUTR 0326 will also meet in Dental 773 on Tuesday, October 9 when Friedman follows a Mondays class schedule.
