A survey of communications strategies in health promotion. This course will provide students with the ability to decide when a health communication initiative is appropriate; to develop health communications programs based on appropriate theoretical foundations; and to select and plan evaluation strategies appropriate for the particular intervention. Enrollment limited to 20 students.
Class will meet in Jaharis Center Room 156 except on January 30 when class will meet in the MedEd Building, Room 218 (145 Harrison Ave)
