The purpose of this assignment is to support D&A nutrition team on a variety of work related to better understand the nutritional characteristics of children who are found to be COVID-19- positive at diagnosis and throughout recovery including summarizing available research on nutrition and COVID and developing a core set of nutrition data elements to be collected during this time.
