Student Research Assistants, Snack It Up 3 Study

The Snack It Up 3 Study is looking to hire 1-2 student research assistants (starting immediately)

Building on Snack It Up Study Phases 1 and 2, the Snack It Up 3 Study seeks to optimize a healthy snacking gift card incentive amount to best help low-income parents provide healthy snacks for their children, as well as nutrition education messages to better promote vegetable snacks. This study is led by Dr. Sara Folta. The Research Assistant position(s) may include, but is not limited to, the following:

    Assist with recruitment of child focus group participants; screening participants

    Assist with delivering child focus groups

    Assist with recruitment of local grocery store manager participants; screening participants

    Assist with delivering key informant interviews to local grocery store managers

    Assist with delivering taste test activities to children

    Assist with transcribing focus group and key informant interview data

    Assist with coding in Nvivo

    Assist with quantitative and/or qualitative data analysis

Requirements:
