The Marketing and Communications Manager is responsible for the planning and management of various projects and initiatives to increase New Entry’s brand awareness and motivate external audiences. The position will identify, create, write, and publish engaging content through a variety of channels, including social media, websites, email, and print materials. This individual will help support all New Entry programs through effective public relations strategy, digital marketing efforts and personalized outreach to specific audiences to grow New Entry’s fundraising opportunities, program clients/participants, and general organizational followers/supporters. The position will also provide event coordination, support volunteerism, and provide support for New Entry events, national conferences, and regional outreach activities.
