The Sustainability Scientist will be a key member of a team leading strategic collaborations between TNC and the agri-food value chain in support of our Provide Food and Water Sustainably pillar. The Sustainability Scientist will provide scientific and technical support and leadership for both global agriculture and food systems initiatives as well as projects in key geographies around the world. The person in this role will support the technical implementation of multiple projects, ensuring accountability to both TNC and external audiences. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in agronomy, conservation/sustainability science, and management-related discipline(s). This expertise will be drawn on to conduct research, develop strategies and action plans, and manage projects. The Sustainability Scientist will report to the Senior Scientist for Agriculture and Food Systems.
