As part of a clinical team and under the general supervision of the Director of the Path to Lifestyle Change Program, provide organizational, administrative and clinical assistance for recruitment, enrollment, implementation and data collection for the group lifestyle program. Also, responsible for delivery of specialized nutrition and lifestyle intervention through individual and group sessions in association with the Diabetes Center at 50 Staniford St. Supports and participates in the process of program review, implementation, and outcome evaluation. Attends ongoing program required trainings and meetings. Provides quality nutrition care and education based on program curriculum, participant needs and professional/department standards. May assist with the training of program assistants and nutrition students as appropriate. Participates in quality improvement activities. Performs data analysis and prepares reports. The position reports to the Director of the Path to Lifestyle Change Program.
