Reporting to the Chair of the Department, the Lecturer position requires teaching, research, and service responsibilities as well as a master's degree. The successful candidate will teach undergraduate courses within Nutrition and Food Science, including basic and applied nutrition as well as food courses, promote and sustain interdisciplinary dialogue and service, hold membership in professional associations, and serve on committees and participate in official activities at the departmental, college, and university levels. The position is a 10-month, non-tenure track appointment, and the salary is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
