The Friedman School is seeking a temporary/student worker to work closely with our strategic projects coordinator and with our director of business operations to help ensure the smooth operations of the school, including the following direct responsibilities:
- Reserve conference rooms for faculty, staff, and students.
- Maintain kitchens, lounges, conference rooms and classrooms, print/copy facilities, supply areas, mailboxes, signs/directories, and other spaces.
- Address miscellaneous inquiries and direct to other contacts as relevant.
The role requires attention to detail, a customer service mindset, and resourcefulness. It is expected to require 10-15 hours/week starting immediately, working throughout the remainder of the school year, and with the possibility of extending into the summer and into next school year. Specific coverage needed is Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday afternoons (1pm-5pm), and Friday mornings (9am-12pm).
