The Friedman School is seeking a temporary/student worker to work closely with our administrative and projects coordinator and with our director of business operations to help ensure the smooth operations of the school, including the following direct responsibilities:
- Reserve conference rooms for faculty, staff, and students.
- Maintain kitchens, lounges, conference rooms and classrooms, print/copy facilities, supply areas, mailboxes, signs/directories, and other spaces.
- Address miscellaneous inquiries and direct to other contacts as relevant.
The role requires attention to detail, a customer service mindset, and resourcefulness. It is expected to require 10-15 hours/week starting in mid-September and working throughout the school year with the possibility of extending into the summer.
