We are looking for an Adjunct instructor for our Advanced Nutrition and Metabolism class for the Fall 2020 semester. This is a class for our M.S. students. It runs on Monday evenings from 6:30-9:50. The Fall 2020 semester is from September 2-December 11, with the final exam period December 14-18. The instructor must hold a master’s degree and needs to have a strong nutritional biochemistry/metabolism background.
