Evaluation Project Coordinator and Enumerator
Working in partnership with Tufts School of Medicine and the Friedman School, Daily Table will be conducting customer intercept surveys to assess SNAP customers' perceptions of the Double Up Food Bucks Program, a special SNAP incentive program which doubles the value of federal nutrition (SNAP or food stamps). This amazing program is available at Daily Table and a few other markets in the City of Boston. By providing a dollar-for-dollar match on fresh produce it helps low-income consumers purchase more healthy food and stretch their SNAP budget further. Users get a daily discount of up to $5, allowing customers to receive up to $10 worth of fresh fruit and vegetables every day.
Evaluation Enumerator(s)
Daily Table is seeking up to two (2) Project Enumerators to conduct customer surveys at Daily Table stores in August through the Fall 2021. The enumerator(s) will work with a Project Coordinator, Associate Professor Virginia Chomitz from Tufts University, and staff at the Daily Table to fulfil the responsibilities.
