An assessment of the role of carotenoids in the reduction of the risk of atherosclerotic diseases; Bioavailability of Carotenoids; Distribution of Carotenoids in Human Brain Tissue: Relationships with Cognitive Bioavailability of Nutrients Contained in Softgel Capsules vs Tablets; Relationship between xanthophylls in primate brain and retina; Xanthophylls in Diet, Serum, Red Blood Cell Membranes, Buccal Mucosa Cells, and Macula; Relationships between serum vitamins A and E and carotenoids and cognitive measures and eurocognitive reserves in centenarians.
