You must include transcripts from all institutions you attended. Contact your Bursars office regarding the process of obtaining transcripts. Please note that many schools require payment before they will send transcripts.
Programs usually require official transcripts, which are different from student transcripts. They are sealed with the school emblem and are mailed by the registrar to you or to a school. Internship directors usually prefer that you include transcripts in your application packet. If possible, do not send separately.
