Mailing your Application

Make sure your internship application and computer matching (D&D Digital card) are postmarked before the due date (mid-February or mid-September). It is recommended that you mail your application early.

Check the deadline on all program applications. This date may differ from the deadline of the internship application.

Bring the entire application (do not send individual portions separately) to the post office to ensure that the correct postage is applied.

For your records, obtain a receipt for each application to document that it was mailed.

Computer matching (D&D Digital card) should be sent via certified mail. You will get a receipt with certified mail.
