A Unique & Comprehensive Approach to Wellness

The Center will offer services for those who wish to maximize wellness at any stage of life.

Clients will receive comprehensive assessment of physical health, mental health, nutrition status, body composition, lifestyle factors and physical activity. Based on individual goals, a client-centered approach to wellness will be developed by a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nutritionists, exercise physiologists, and counselors.

Components of the program will include recommendations for diet, physical activity, stress reduction, and complementary therapies such as massage. Interventions will be initiated at the Center and clients will receive regular follow-up on site or remotely by technology adapted to best meet their personal needs.
