Who is Eligible?
Students come from a variety of backgrounds: from biostatistics, epidemiology, nutrition, or biology. Specific prerequisites are undergraduate courses in general chemistry, organic chemistry and biochemistry. Undergraduate courses in general nutrition, physiology, and basic statistics are beneficial, but not required.
