We offer many choices for graduate education in the various aspects of nutrition science and policy. Faculty and students at the School continue to contribute to increasing the quality of life for people around the globe. The educational opportunities available include:

study in the biological sciences,

humanitarian affairs and complex emergencies,

international nutrition field operations and policy-setting,

domestic food policy,

agribusiness,

interface of food supply and production with the environment, and

communicating nutrition information to the public and the provider communities.
Current research and field-based operations are ongoing throughout the globe: in China, Mexico, Bangladesh, Sudan, Vietnam, Ethiopia, Kenya, Chile, Haiti, as well as in several locations across the United States. The school has forty different associations, institutions, corporations and foundations. Visiting faculty and scientists contribute to the ever-expanding educational opportunities.
Our degree programs are organized into two Departments: the Department of Nutrition Science, chaired by Associate Professor Edward Saltzman and the Department of Food and Nutrition Policy, chaired by Associate Professor Daniel Maxwell.
